The Fiscal 2021 Preliminary Budget Plan is now available online. Please note, the budget was developed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, due to the swift escalation of the pandemic, there was not enough time to revise the Preliminary Budget Plan and reflect changes in economic assumptions. Therefore, the Preliminary Budget is being released as-is to ensure full transparency of the City’s fiscal plan before pandemic-related revisions are made; however, major revisions due to the financial implications of the COVID-19 pandemic are expected before the final Fiscal 2021 Ordinance of Estimates is presented to the Board of Estimates on May 6th.
